Setia Walk earlier phases Solace, Brio & Vio are sold 290/sf-430/sf, final luxury Trigon trying to benchmark at 600/sf but it is a total failure, as I predicted earlier, Trigon is only worth 500/sf, and Solace, Brio & Vio shd gauge a fair price of 400/sf-440/sf.

If Duet sale reaches 50% within 2 weeks, then I can says that TZ is worth 430/sf at least.
