For my age I am able to get 25 points .
Ielts test haven't done but most probably 10 points
I have studied there and have a degree which add another 15 points And Australia study requirement 5 points.

So I total up to 55 points. Any opinion where can I get the other 5 points or do I have to wait till 25 years old.

ii) Do a year of professional year which gives you +5 points
iii) Try for state sponsorship which gives you additional 5 points (This only applies if you have a job)

If all of the above does not work for you, what you probably can do is apply for Temp Grad visa 485 first then apply for PR when you hit 25.

A lot of people misunderstood between PR/non PR and Paying Tax as resident/Paying tax as Foreigner.

If you are a student, which is not a PR working in Australia for the whole year, you are considered as paying tax as resident. No matter if you are a TR, as long as you work in Australia for a certain amount of period, you are considered as paying tas as a resident. If this makes sense to the people out in the forum.

I, myself is under 457 which is non PR, so I am pretty much able to confirm the above.

double check your info. Tony's already changed it in last yr budget. All TR, 457, work holiday visa, student will have to pay tax from their very first dollar earned. they do not have 18k tax exempted wage.

It will start from July 2016, so you can either apply your PR before it is started or .....good luck.

Go get a free assessment done at any migration agency. Just to gauge your points.

For 190 (state sponsorship) you need 1 year of experience in your nominated occupation.

Payslips + income tax BE forms. Even a letter of confirmation on company letterhead with your employment dates.
