Just bought one for my wife replacing her aging(super laggggyyy) Iphone 3g.
She was so happy now that she dun need to wait like 2-3 minutes just to open sms tongue.gif
This thread was so helpful, i manage to root + update the rom without hassle...thanks to all that hv put much effort in giving all the info, salute u guys thumbup.gif rclxms.gif

p/s: sgs2 racun me kaw-kaw...might sell my 3gs for it next month sweat.gif

hohoho...but nexus prime will be release shortly...
with google support, and its own powerful hardware flex.gif , i bet it would be a better choice.
ur wife alreadi using s2...u use other device la plak... whistling.gif whistling.gif

So the cf root is like this,just flash the tar file via odin to the galaxy s2, then done? No more extra steps on how to remove triangle? I assume that the tar file does not make the triangle appear since chainfire said something abt it being from stock kernel something like that

Where am I suppose to put the NaviSea folder ?
I tried puting in sdcard didn't work, external sd didn't work and usbstorage didn't work either.

so where is the Internal Storage that i'm suppose to copy this folder ?
am i suppose to root or something ??

Root file. which is the main page where you open your memory card.

I just install mine a second ago from your link. all that i can do is view my folder and files in my phone memory

Weh, anyone here managed to set up an Ubuntu chroot and local vnc connection yet? Kinda wondering if it'll work with MHL-out and bluetooth keyboard/mouse.
