after we request for credit limit increase,how long time need to wait to request for 2nd time credit limit increase after the 1st time?

My guess depends on the bank... could be 6-12 months.....

According to AMEX　CS info, The amex charge card limit will be based on the applicant's annual income, maximum limit is three times. Let said a person with 240K annual income (since amex plat charge card minimum requirement is 240K), so the CL will be around 700-750K. smile.gif

at least 6 months before u apply for credit limit review.

Hi,

I own MBB visa , i have a question .

Let' say i purchased some item from the internet for rm4000 for 1 bill, can we ask the bank to split it to several months for the repayment ?

Can but there's charges involved. Look for EzyPay Plus.

do a BT to another card u have, it should be lower than 9%.

cimb/pbb/bsn offer 6 months 0%
cimb 12 months 1%

or, if u have another maybank credit card, can do internal transfer, 9% for 24 months.

but the other card must have enough credit limit for the amount (some bank got condition such as only 80% from available CL)

As suggested few posts above. Apply for MBB/CIMB CC (if you not have it).

Then BT to it.
CIMB 6 months 0%
MBB 12 months 0%

Check when the 0% promo is ending.

There are couple of bloggers here giving good info on their blogs.

Cost: RM50 GST only to apply new CC.

hbh60 already mentioned using mbb visa.

if apply another mbb card, internal BT dont have 0%.

if apply another card, will take time, probably cannot get new card before current mbb visa due date ~

yes and no.

yes got internal BT from maybankard to maybankard. see the BT form @ BT thread.

no 0% no 12 months for internal BT. as stated, 24 months 9% ~

there's no specific
you need to provide them with your pay slip again and request for increase limit
but success is not guarantee

currently my hlb gold mastercard credit limit is rm8k.my salary is around rm50k per annum.i wan to request increase of the credit limit.how much should i request and wat the maximum i can get with my this amount of salary

New ruling not maximum CL is twice of the monthly salary right? so maximum 10k?

ask hlb if got form like maybank or not. usually bank no prob to give 2.5x salary for people earn rm36k/year.

but personal opinion, hlb gold mc dont give much benefits? try apply hlb essentials?
besides at the website stated:
