house loan or personal loan? Pl 5.2% eir is like 9.77% after 10yrs still got at least 72k outstanding where else if house loan after 10yrs with 950 @5.2% (you can get better rate) left like 18k. so pls find some other bank to finance the house

I dont know why.. but maybe Maybank or AEON could give me the loan or the answer for my predicament.

my house loan the bank offer BLR -1.95% ..happen to be rm850 monthly for the period of 20years (this look like 8-9% int to me)

personal loan the bank offer fixed rate at 5.2% ..happen to be rm900 monthly for the same period.

the problem now the bank has been late respond on my house loan n exceeded the 3+1 period.... i've charge 4% interest from the owner...

need to settle it fast ..

did u do any installment plans when  buying some stuff? cash on call? if u do... u kena lock limit, when u kena lock at current card, n keep buying till near to limit, i hasnt reach or overvburse... but in  CCRIS is already overburse... OVERLIMIT, also a rejection...(score failed!)
min working period in bank  (6mth-12mth) depends on bank...
alliance (1mth++) also can but required offer letter than u get it when u got the job

I'm a permanent staff not contract. Previously working with BNM subsidiary for nearly 2 years. Got better offer I ciao to my new company. Currently 7 months d in my new company.

I never buy stuff using instalments. No cash on call, easypay etc etc.

How long does alliance take to process personal loan? My friend stated that Alliance very strict sure reject so i didnt even try applying with them..

doc not fully signed, no fully details, less doc.....alot of small lil things...make the cases reprocess n reprocess again....even a month...
if 1 time reprocess, u shld start thinking to change a banker when requesting to reprocess the 2nd time...(for ocbc customers, pls dont do this ,they might loose their job)

Are you serious? 1.53% per month ? P.A will be 18.36% ! 

yeah i know. crazy rate. but it will decrease by the balance amount of loan. Still considered crazy rate.
