So that now I only realize that Unifi give a new phone no, so if it possible that the Unifi phone no. can be change into the same as the current TM fixed line no.??
Is it good if to maintain all the bill in one for only RM149 that exclude the TM fixed line bill (RM26) WHILE the phone no. remain the same.

I don't think so but you better ask at TM point or through their support

If i'm not wrong, unifi numbers are in a different format, maybe a new range of numbers.

the connection seems to be 'improved' last night. no hiccups for my iptv and my voip light indicator never turned to red. i could using LIVE services and playing few fifa12 pro club in 'acceptable lag'. well that was from 6.30pm to 12.00am which is the only time i have been using my unifi on weekdays. other than that time i have always switched off all unifi equipments including the phone itself tongue.gif from cheras and i hope it can be better today smile.gif

you have to ask them whether your current phone line can support Unifi or not? if no, then you need to subscribe to new line under Unifi phone range and terminate your existing line.

for my case, my old phone line cannot be use. they said if want, have to wait approximately another 6 to 12 months duration. so i decided to get new line and installed within 1 week. so far so good.

i just moved in my new house last week. my contractor concealed a few telephone line port socket at living halls but cant be used. the telephone line to alarm system cant be used coz my unifi using special line to the devices they provide.

my technician asked me to request tm to install some telephone ports outside my house so tat all the lines i stated above can be connected to it n use. anyone did this be4 ? will i be charged if i request tm to do so ? tq

btw, i experience gd connection n speed since last nite, signal was terribly bad be4 this (not sure if it was becoz i rebooted my devices) and tot of changing router, so i still need to get the TPLink one for 'even better' connection ? hmm.gif

Later, they need all my info for registration.

I dont understand ur problem...
Unifi uses fibre optic (yes different if u compare with telephone line)..

Your alarm system requires phoneline for what purpose? Call your HP if got breakin? Or just for talking with ppl that waiting at gate to open?

Sad case... File a HUGE complain to TM/MCMC/whatever and get them to check everything, everything from the poles to your house to see if anything is wrong there. Btw... why do your modem always spoil == Overheat? You should get some cooling equipment for it. Laptop cooler perhaps. Or a normal desktop cooling fan will works too. Mine is naturally cooled by tiles on the floor + ventilation of natural air xD
