hi unifi vip 5 user here since 20/06/2011!

in the first 2 weeks always got dc. the dsl light/ indicator blinking most of the time and sometime no light at all!

then i got <5mb download speed and 8-12mb upload speed tongue.gif but now after the last maintenance i only manage to get 4-5mb download speed and <2.5mb upload speed sad.gif

it's not even 2 months but my hyyptv remote already broken! never 'terhempas' or 'terjatuh' before. not even a single 'ketuk' to the remote. poor product quality from tm!!!

i would like to disable WiFi connection on my standard DIR-615 (Firmware Version : 7.09).
i am only using LAN connection. please help icon_question.gif

i had this issue like more than a week already. it's AAG at faults and i clearly understand but why must DC frequently? TM should give us some discounts on this. i have been using VIP5 for 4 months but it's like i am paying 100% for only <50% services. always problem here and there.

just now my IPTV always lag for each 3-4-5 minute. my VOIP indicator light always turned to red. shame on you TM.

the connection seems to be 'improved' last night. no hiccups for my iptv and my voip light indicator never turned to red. i could using LIVE services and playing few fifa12 pro club in 'acceptable lag'. well that was from 6.30pm to 12.00am which is the only time i have been using my unifi on weekdays. other than that time i have always switched off all unifi equipments including the phone itself tongue.gif from cheras and i hope it can be better today smile.gif

last night unifi was back to disaster. voip turned to red again and again. download speed <3.8mbps and upload speed <2.30mbps (tested to malaysia server and i knew it would be worse if i tested using servers from outside). had few dcs during night. good job TM vmad.gif
