Unable (not slow) to connect to many international sites. 100% timed out on sites like Forbes.com and Speedtest.net. And my IPTV won't even work. Local sites like TheStar and LYN are fine.

Is there a way that a Biz 5 user be able to watch HappyTV? If so, what is the additional hardware etc that are required?

Thank you.

I dont understand ur problem...
Unifi uses fibre optic (yes different if u compare with telephone line)..

Your alarm system requires phoneline for what purpose? Call your HP if got breakin? Or just for talking with ppl that waiting at gate to open?
*
yes, call my hp if the alarm is triggered then i can press some buttons on my keypad to switch off the alarm.

btw, i got a TPlink router today and followed all the steps to flash firmware n so on, but i do not know the password for my username@unifi account. or theres some default password ?

theres one wifi pin code on the blue colour paper tat the technician passed to me but i guess tats for wifi rite ? not my @unifi account password. anyway i tried with tat one but wont work. now im using back my old crappy dlink router. anyone would help ? icon_question.gif thx

The TP-Link TL-WR841N now comes with unifi ready firmware so no need to flash. When you enter setup there is an option to select unifi mode.

Could be wifi interference. If you have a 5ghz option on your router switch to that. A lot more stable speed wise. Clocked at around 215kbps all the time from my mac.

You should find it on the paper. It's a 13 alphanumeric phrase I received it in an email

eg:

aEJAELQDFJ8Fi

Else, you can find it from your DIR615 too. Look for the steps from unifi handbook~

The iptv is down again in kajang. However Internet seems ok albeit slow connection to international sites.

Regarding unifi cs, for me they are pretty efficient. I filed a report via occ tonight regarding my iptv issues and they called me around 30 mins later to inquire more and they submit another report ticket afterwards to relevant support.

No hassle, no need to call and waste your money.

This is my second report via unifi occ. The same level of service. Not just rare cases.
