QUOTE(CoffeeDude @ Sep 12 2011, 04:16 PM) Hi all, you have to go to TMPoint and request to terminate it. i done mine too. it will take them around 1 to 2 weeks before terminate.I got my VIP5 installed on Saturday. I applied for Unifi through online application and selected Terminate existing Streamyx and Tel. line. I noticed my existing Streamyx and Tel. line. can still be used today. Do I have to goto TM point to terminate it or does it normally take some time? |

QUOTE(Nixdorf @ Sep 26 2011, 11:30 AM) I have just got my Unifi last 3 days. Well the speed is awesome! BUT whenever it reach 12.00AM mignight my speed will drop to 1mbps!!!! Anyone experience this ? I try to downlaod from many places (my private server which upload 100mbps, YouTube, other torrent) but still the same. maintain your 4Mbps line since doesnt make much different compare to Unifi VIP5 package. if normal surfing, both are equal unless you are heavy downloader.Yes I did try speedtest it show 4.8mbps downlaod and 6.8mbps upload (weird) but still the actually download speed when I download the file is only 1mbps. Reboot my Unifi for many times but still the same. Any idea ? And yeah I just same like i7 user which mine is Total Outstanding Amount: 95.51. Is that normal ? Thanks in advance. plus if unifi implement quota, then you are safe on 4mbps line (streamyx). |

QUOTE(lingkin @ Oct 11 2011, 02:28 AM) So that now I only realize that Unifi give a new phone no, so if it possible that the Unifi phone no. can be change into the same as the current TM fixed line no.?? you have to ask them whether your current phone line can support Unifi or not? if no, then you need to subscribe to new line under Unifi phone range and terminate your existing line.Is it good if to maintain all the bill in one for only RM149 that exclude the TM fixed line bill (RM26) WHILE the phone no. remain the same. for my case, my old phone line cannot be use. they said if want, have to wait approximately another 6 to 12 months duration. so i decided to get new line and installed within 1 week. so far so good. |
