i wonder... when you subscribe to VIP5, how come you guys can get >5Mbps speed?

i only get around 4.7Mbps...

you have to go to TMPoint and request to terminate it. i done mine too. it will take them around 1 to 2 weeks before terminate.

just called 100. they said all the deposit or overpaid amount will be return to you after 2 to 3 months time. i didnt return the phone coz the phone already kena zapped by lightning, and been using my own dect phone for the past few years.

maintain your 4Mbps line since doesnt make much different compare to Unifi VIP5 package. if normal surfing, both are equal unless you are heavy downloader.

plus if unifi implement quota, then you are safe on 4mbps line (streamyx).

i dont receive any sms regarding the downtime. for the past few days after midnight, the internet connection dropped. latest happen today morning around 2am++.

beside sms, can we see it on unifi portal or any website reference?

in SS3 PJ area... i checked my network connection history. get disconnect but it didnt reconnect it back. so have to reboot the whole BTU before it work again.

you have to ask them whether your current phone line can support Unifi or not? if no, then you need to subscribe to new line under Unifi phone range and terminate your existing line.

for my case, my old phone line cannot be use. they said if want, have to wait approximately another 6 to 12 months duration. so i decided to get new line and installed within 1 week. so far so good.
