I have Hektar, bought at 1.40 too.
DY is good, P/E is low. But my concern is its properties (Subang Parade etc.) aren't as exciting as, for example, MidValley and KLCC.

CIMB gave it a BUY rating last month. See here...

Story went missing on TheStar online (at the time of this post) but it can be read in today's paper. Erroneous publication?

although Silverbird defaulted payment from Jan 2012- May 2012, Arreit continues receiving the rent by form of a guarantee deposit locked for 2 years. In the mean time, Arreit can search for a prospective tenant while continue to receive rent for 2 years from Jan 2012.

Added on June 12, 2012, 10:38 amEven if Silverbird didn't default on rental payment but their rental agreement ends on Dec 2013, Arreit will still need to find a prospective tenant irrespective default/non-default. Unless only silverbird agrees to extend the contract.
