I believe the market already factored in the Silverbird PN17 issue since it was known long time ago.

Silverbird default issue have been quite sometime. But still given good div without any effect. Would effect coming finance?

I guess ppl play now more on rumor. So we ride on and sapu. tongue.gif

so if i'm reading correctly, basically the company defaults, the landlord ask bank to cover the outstanding rentals from Jan 2012 - May 2012 PLUS the coming month's rentals till Jan 2013 (balanced sum after deduct from outstanding rentals)?

So ARREIT has till next year to find a replacement renter right?

Starhill Real Estate Investment Trust (Starhill REIT) is acquiring the hotel properties and business assets of three Marriott hotels in Australia for A$415mil (RM1.3bil) cash.

Will Starhill REIT need to issue more units to raise fund? If this is so, it will dilute earning per unit.
