Once you fully paid up a BT, make sure the bank (i.e. CIMB) remove the CCRIS record

How are you going to check the bank removed ur credit cards that cancelled and BT that fully paid remove from CCRIS? Unless we go BNM and print our CCRIS Report?

hi bro....

recently got such confusion.....

my mbb CL 6k, first time i did BT 5k for 6 months, it went thru

2nd time i BT again 5k but already used up rm500, it declined

reason:

1) Can only BT 80% of the total CL which is 4800

2) Can only BT provided bank statement from others bank ( if u try to BT 3k from bank A , while the outstanding only 2k, it will declined)

can someone advise? the reason given by the CS....

reason # 2 is correct.
cant comment on #1. but mine seems to have more than 80%

base on ur scenario, u seems dun hav enough cl to do transfer.
ur limit is only 6k and u bt once for 5k.
so u only hav balance 1k

Say if u make a big item purchase of rm50000 using MBB2Amex. On getting the statement can u then BT to 3 separate banks totaling up to rm45000?

Why not ?
Any reason why need to BT to 3 different banks ?

Added on December 9, 2011, 10:38 amOnce you BT from CIMB to Maybank, you can't BT the same amount to another bank, right ?

CL of the other 3 banks lower and/or credit already partially used up. Anyway just want to know if it is possible in case the same situation arises.

CIMB snail mail me every month. I use that to BT back to MBB 12 mth 0% smile.gif

I photocopy and fax in to MBB BT.

However, when I BT from MBB to CIMB, I remember I submit online print-out statement / print-screen only >6 mths ago. Approved what... tongue.gif That is why now already transfer it back to MBB. rolleyes.gif

you don't printscreen.
Instead, use that PRINT menu in CIMB Clicks.

The Print screen doesn''t even have a CIMB logo on the printout..thus the Printscreen is more legitimate.
I will still scan into PDF..
