i am going to add another BT to my CIMB cc..make a purchase using my mbb2amex yesterday..instead of doing eazypay plan on my mbb2visa, i purposely charge it on the amex to get the 5x tp + 5% rebate.
can i do it without waiting for the latest statement coz the statement is on 27th and the cimb 0% bt plan expired at the end of the month/year right?..plus its going to be holiday mood everywhere!

My faxed application to MBB BT program has gone "missing".
Now have to resubmit via email to CS staff email....

Question to ask.

Did anyone try use online bank credit card statement (without payment due date) to apply CIMB balance transfer?

Due to CIMB　BT　going to expire soon, my other banks' card statement only generate next month, can I use "no due date" statement for CIMB?

Beware it may go missing like in my case....

my emailed application to MBB also gone missing! i didnt get any undelivered message in my email, and the email that i sent is in my 'sent mail'. i call cs after 3 days and 8 days later just to be told that it is not in the 'screen'. i email them back to cancel it and got a reply saying that they did not even receive my earlier email. the only reason for them to not 'receive' my application that i can think of is that i email my application at about 12am on 1st dec..maybe their email went home to sleep already at that time..they receive my second email since it was sent at around 11am on a thursday..but that would be stupid..

maybe from now on, must call after fax to confirm receive..or they just delaying the application so that no more 0% bt onwards...ala kfc voucher last week..

Did u call them after faxing the application form? And jot down the name of CS and the time of the call?

Lately their email system always got problem one. After sent my application through email, it took them 1 week to confirm receiving it and took 3 more days to process it

I called after faxed in BUT the CS wont be able to check

- CS saw two(2) BT application in their system under my account
- Must be the application send via Fax was updated + Emailed application

Can anyone advise on this scenario?
1.Assuming A have CC balance of 5K at Bank A,he apply for a BT for 60K using his Bank B CC,will the application go through?
2.Assuming it goes through,RM 60K - 5K = RM 55K,can he get Bank A to transfer the excess to his Bank A banking account?
I'm asking on behalf of friend,he is in financial trouble and nd cash asap,I nvr have a card so i have no idea about CC or BT and this thread is quite long to read ever single page,sifus pls help

BT amount follows STATEMENT AMOUNT, not up to us.
