u should, pay all balance of the amex rm1k.

after clear then do the BT.

is that means, there's no point to do BT from my other cc to amex, if my amex have balance 1k before BT?

if you are paying only 5%, yes no point BUT if you have been paying in full the Amount Due every month prior to Due Date and will continue to do so, then go ahead and do the BT to your AMEX anytime (if you got MBB2 and not using the Visa or MC, suggest you BT to the Visa or MC account for easy reference) and you won't be imposed interest..

Under CIMBClicks, I noticed the BT accounts created 2 months ago, the column "Outstanding Balance (RM)" and "Credit Available(RM)" no longer add to the actual BT total amount.... I wonder why.

Anybody with CIMB BT can check their CIMBClicks if your shows the same thing ?

Mine is the same and i have been paying every month the same amount.

eg: RM1200 / 6 = RM200 per month

If you intend to pay the same amount every month, you should have BT to Maybank which offered 12-month 0% BT program doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

I pay only 5% each month (1st-5th) to my CIMB BT account and full balance payment on 6th Month.... rclxm9.gif icon_idea.gif wub.gif

I thought of that before and decided to BT to CIMB due to the amount is not huge and dont like to be tied with 12 months "contract" due to my own budget planning.

per card of BT.

say u have 2 cards u want to BT to mbb, so each card must BT min rm1k.

The minimum amount you can transfer under the 12 month plans is RM1, 000.
You can transfer balance from up to three other banks at one time.

I did Maybank BT on 29th September. Approved on 5th October. Four working days only. But haven't seen the fund being reflected in CIMB yet.

Why would u settle for 3.99% when pbb
Cimb and mbb offer much much lower unless u don't have other cc?

I don't have PBB and CIMB CC, MBB having a low credit limit, can't really do much with it.

Yap, i like reducing rate BT, only this type of BT you can always BT from 1 CC to another.

I tried to register CIMB VS twice already, rejected and rejected...i'm giving up on CIMB since the promotion for 0% ending soon but i'm not sure it will extend or not... rclxub.gif
