any idea are they other way of submitting the BT form and credit card statement other than fax or going to MBB's branch, eg. email?
*
do a search, I think someone mentioned about it few posts backs. Fastest way to get confirmation and get the right address is call CS.

Yes, for MBB you can send email to mbbcardservices@maybank.com.my with attachments. I applied BT via email on 12 Sep 2011 and by 22 Sep 2011 MBB already paid the BT amount to OCBC. About 9 working days, no calls or enquiries.

My CIMB CC statement date dues on 3rd October. Given the 3 day grace period, I could only hold on to it without making payment until 6th October. Would it be even possible for Maybank to complete BT process?

What's your payment due date by the way? Did you submit your BT application even before receiving your statement?

Paying the minimum, will also get charged by interest right?

Pardon me, I've always been settling the statement amount in full every month. So I don't know what's the effect of paying minimum amount tongue.gif

You will be charging interest on the outstanding amount and all your new transaction will not entitle for 20days free interest until u settled in full.

MBB 0% 12 months BT you don't pay a single sen extra on top of the BT amount to MBB.

Yes, like you say, if do RM1.2K BT, you only need to pay RM100/month for 12 months.

yes zero upfront charges. even if you charge for something else, assume you pay those in full and do the same for your monthly BT amount, zero interest charges.

however, BT amount can only be 80% of your current credit limit. smile.gif
