for MBB, after u faxed in, wait for 3 days for them to update the system. you can call them after 4th or 5th working day after u faxed in, MBB is so slow, and they dont want to inform customer whether they have received it or not.

I faxed form by  3/13.
Called MBB CS by 3/17, form received. Ask them to double confirm, they confirm received.
Called again by 3/21...."Sorry, We do not received ur form"...
Then request me to send it again, i say no need liao ...  rclxub.gif

notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif you too wise for your own good, hahaha

Idea is there but I would say tricky because you need to wait for HLB statement and then apply and get it approve at CIMB side, if the entire process takes a month to be paid to HLB from the day HLB deposit your money, you would have incurred interest charges of equivalent to 6%, but still would be making a little bit money.

However there is a flaw in your assumption, you forgot about the repayment to CIMB.

So effectively, the interest you earn with a mere RM2800 is peanuts considering the fact you have to monitor two balance transfer accounts.

But if you talking about RM100,000, maybe can make some pocket money but I too lazy go figure out. you want to do the math for me?  tongue.gif

a bit confusing here. i cant find any method to withdraw cash from hlb credit card except for cash advance

Hey guys, on top of the CashTreats, I disovered a better deal than CashTreats called EzyCash for Maybank:

Fees:

Fees & Charges

1. 0 % Interest Rate with 6 months installment.
2. One Time Cash Advance Fee of 3.88% will be charged on the amount approved. The fee will be billed to the credit card account following the crediting of the monies. Applicable to every approved Maybank EzyCash application.

this method is almost similar to HLB's BT and eon bank call for cash . here is the comparison of interest between them. All of them require a saving accounts with them.

Mbb: 3.88% for 6 months
HLB: 3% for 6 months
EON : 2 % for 6 months
