I think the infor about length of house is definately wrong, 16660 and 18110 mm is shorter than pentas 1 18285 mm. Pentas 2 is 17900 but they can get bigger bu than pentas 1, maybe due to pentas 1 got void area at first floor family area. But length 16660mm can get Bu 3273 and 18110 can get 3499? I think cannot, either inp printed the length wrongly or they calculated the bu wrongly. |

I agree the b/u is 100% wrong for 25x85. With 3499sqft for 2 storey, each floor is 1750sqft or 70ft length. This left 15 ft for front and back which is not possible. The only possible is I&P this time include all carporch and back yard area into it Gross b/u calculation. If based on previous Pentas calculation, it need to deduct ~200swft min for each type of Pentas 3 declare b/u by I&P.

as at Monday, Pentas2 still got 27 unsold units due to loan rejections for the late buyers that were affected by the new ruling. Pentas3, at higher price, will be susah sikit to move in the coming Apr launch.
viewing the slowing sales, heard Pentas2 showhouse will be built soon and I&P mgt may build the perimeter fencing for Pentas. Suggest we continue to put pressure on I&P on the fencing. |

for the past 1.5 years, it is very obvious that AI TTDI sales is moving faster than AI I&P despite the fact that AI I&P has better accessibility, location (within AI), bigger lake, more establishments, bigger house, slightly better built quality, slightly better overall quality (e.g. the car porch material and the common walkway).... in fact the price also slightly favorable towards I&P.
Design wise, it is very subjective.......Landscape is also rather subjective to make a big difference at this point of time. So, it is left with one single biggest thing (apart from the marketing which is also very pathethic, a 13 yo boy can do a better web page design e.g, also even i registred a couple of time, there is no emial or call or sms to me for new launch.) :Security (G&G ) ... This is a typical failure in understanding what is required or what is on top of the mine of buyer. |

actually, for I&P why not just try 1-2 phase, put perimeter fencing as selling point, see the units can move or not?
