Advantages of Pentas 3 over previous version

Powder room toilet bowl and basin is split by wall and a door. You can do your big business inside while some one still can use the basin.

3499 sf type got extra study room. If you like to study and working at home, you might like it.

Psf might be slightly cheaper than pentas 2 due to its larger built up.

Abang Ah Hong, I am quite sure both the built up calculation are wrong, 2 types - 3273sf & 3499sf, examine the building length properly, how to achieve such b/up?
3273 - 54 feet length (my rough estimation b/up is only 3000sf)
3499 - 59 feet length (my rough estimation b/up is only 3200sf)

Really? they have actually put up the price list and built up chart. If the calculation is wrong, then the psf is actually higher than pentas 2.
