Does booking the units required rm25k? Sign s&p terus ah? Can I just pay some for booking fees? Any can advise?

Just book a house intermediate type A2 from Alam Impian... drive around the place... very good planning and nice landscape. Comparing Naza TTDI and I&P, I think I&P the finishing and workmanship is better. just my 2 cents.

Havent get offer letter (due to system down) but already written manually. Will sign S&P next week.

Will consider own stay in the 1st place but if price get appreciate, will consider as investment.

3) Partial DIBS (1st year bear by buyer cap at 4.5% and 2nd year onward developer pay)
4) No booking fees required
5) RM25k upon S&P after 7 days of booking
6) 60 days for Remaining 10%

I am okies with bumi and no bumi (I am friendly) but problem that I got pets (dog & cat) I not sure they will poison them or not because I got some friend stay in Shah Alam get poisoned. But I think in Alam Impian shouldnt be happen... I shoudnt worry too much

Allowed, 1 dog per house If your neighbor do not complain. When applying license need to have approval from neighbor (in some rare case).

Banker say between 2-3 days... and my S&P date was next week I think should enough time for approved kuah wait and see la... I preparing my document to send for banker. Banker review my financial details... she should be ok, else i just withdrawn if failed
