Rm800k up for 25 x 85, a huge superlink.
I think can la. Although the design not that very convincing but I personally visit the current I&P AI link houses and found great harmony there. I am sure AI would be a great township in future, espcially more phases are completed. Probably the best township in next 6-10 years. |

The first Pentas is very nice indeed. I dont inp is a lame developer becoz they are pnb owned. Bandar kinrara has become one of the best townships in klang very.
But very true inp need to have more modern design to cater for the young and succesful ppl. Also, the commercial area, hopefully they can get aeon jusco heheh. Or ikea! |

I carry different view, in my opinion Bandar Kinrara is a failure township. If you study it's strategic location, it shd become the CBD in Puchong now, I stay in BK for 13 yrs, my neighbour & me dun hv great feeling bout this township, if not the location and the forest reserved, I will leave this area. it's a shame! Happy CNY to all. Pentas 2 bathroom is bigger according to layout. So MK still can enjoy the bathtub without major reno work
