is a worrying sign if the upcoming selling price per sq. ft. is lower than the earlier launches, isn't it?

anyhow if really 200psf, i'll invest AI again.

TTDI Alam Impian new launching coming soon! 4th February, Phase 5 - nearer to club house. 2&3 storey 22'x75 & 24'x75, the facade is modern but layout is moderate. Estimated selling price for 24'x75' shd be around 770K up. TTDI AI township planning is much better than I&P AI, In long term 8-10 yrs, I forsee the appreciation (%) is definitely better than I&P AI in general.

can share the brochure or layout plan? thanks in advance

I was told it is not totally flat.
Gutter & RWDP will disperse rain water properly, no worries for I&P "new product". I can say I&P is particular in these items including piping, water tank, roof tiles, floor tiles, heat repellent foil and ventilation pipe, the workmanship is really good. These things are hidden, buyers normally not particular bout it, for me it is so important.

visited Pentas site last Fri and enclosed here the pic for other end of sunroof for your attention. based on my observation for the design of the sunroof, rain water may pour into the house during heavy rainpour

In my view, the opening at the upper roof level will be closed with another sunroof....this will prevent rainwater fall onto the inner sunroof..
*
this one i doubt, by looking at the roofing profile on top of the inner sunroof, is not practical to fix another sunroof; if that were the real case, the contractor shld have fixed it concurrently not at the later stage

Just visited the site.....spiderman cannot come down oso.....d contractor fixed metal bars sideway....below thick glass....metal bar....same size as the one holding the thick glass....look 1st class job.....they assured me(met there)....cannot leak one la....can view at the corner house...but no photos taken
*
the sunroof is not fully covering the opening as reflected in my earlier attached pic; where the rain water will be diverted to a... smtg like planter box, and then from there the water go thru floor trap & RWDP (which i believe is concealed). imagine during heavy rain pour, will the so called box overflow?
