Dibs is developer interest bear scheme .. Means developer bear the interest for the buyer loan when the property is under construction, so buyer just pay downpayment only and nothing till handover.

Downstair:
1) Ceiling is height.
2) Powder room only occupied a small area, no harm to living room.
3) Living hall and dining area is huge.
4) wet kitchen a bit shorter and small. Should be ok for this size as there is dry kitchen separated.
5) Maid room size is not small, but toilet similar size as powder room.
6) Guess room and toilet look ok.
7) There is glass on stair case root top, sun linght can came in day time.
Upstair:
8) Upstair living hall quite big.
9) One back room size is smaller, the other wider.
10) Master bedroom is big, but toilet is small.

What is your estimation about the ceiling height? My estimation around 11 feet. I been to Lyden showhouse, really high ceiling about 13 to 14 feet i guess ...

But lyden is leasehold.....

I have a feel of 11-12 ft. And from ground floor look up till roof top is very high, the feel is great.

Park your car inside, right side for visitors, not official. Don't look around and ask for pass, just snap in the construction site. The worker there wont kacau you and may say 'panas', etc. 1st row facing road build faster than the rest. Can visit that row to get an understanding of the status.

I think quite important to site to snap picture on how they run the cable before they conceal it.

Wait for another 2 months.

hi all, forget to inform you all abt show unit at Pentas 1 coming soon. One AI guy informed it that day. Look like must be that corner unit at 1st row, now doing wall sand. The price will shoot up soon for pentas 3 and for pentas 2 sure sapu all.

Ang2... why Pentas 1? Since already sold out... Design Pentas2 and Pentas1 already different wor... Somemore now Pentas 3... To save cost izzit?

may be that corner house AI himself bought I not sure also just heard only. Or may be all pentas has almost the same build up, so they chooose pentas 1 for show. More important Pentas 1 already build halfway, Pentas 3 not yet started and Pentas 2 slower progress. They wanna launch Pentas 3 by Feb, so have to choose something ready to show !!!
