I would pick D7000 over the D300s anytime smile.gif Its like new versus old technology despite in the different class.

any lens for recommend??i just jump shipped from canon....xD...budget 3k for lenses....

guys, if the item were bought on may this year say.. SB900 got 10 month to go, unfilled warranty but lost the receipt.. does the warranty still valid..?

Hi, nikon newbie here as well~~!
currently jump ship from sony, now using D7000,

i got some question regarding the nikon d7000.

When i turn OFF the camera there's still some display on the top LCD, will it drain a lot of battery?

It's the number of pictures that can be capture on the memory...
It's hardly even draining the battery...

That price range, best if you get a multi purpose zoom...

17-50 Tammy or Sigma? Or maybe 1755 Nikkor second hand! But doubt you can get it at 3k ..

everytime i claimed for warranty, i never show them the receipt. nikon never ask me anyway.. hahaha

I was planning to get a d7000...but there seems ot be alot of cases with the oil spots...any word on this??

alittle too cheap rite?rm2220 for d90 kit lens ... unless shutter count is high

I finally had a hands on with the D7000 at PC Expo
It was quite heavy but it feels really solid compared to D3100

Just bought 2nd SB-900 today at RM1350? Since buying quite some stuff, managed to get further RM50 discount on the flashgun tongue.gif

Weight and size can be very subjective, I stills find the D7000 small and light smile.gif
