like not match? are you serious? i wouldnt want to argue with you much but im betting you dont even know how hard it is to shoot in high noon and get at least good exposure on the subject not to mention a soft light which makes it harder.
but if you say what i did is wrong, than Joe McNally (one of the world's photography pros and nikon pro photographer) is kinda wrong too I guess. Then nikon dont need the use of FP highspeed sync then.. Look at the video at 2:25.
http://www.joemcnallyasia.tv/?p=288 "makes it like not match." eyh? goodness...this is the first time i've heard that..
it is sad to say this as i also have a nikon but the saying "Buying a Nikon doesn't make you a photographer. It makes you a Nikon owner." is so true...
http://stephenfaust.wordpress.com/2008/07/...unlight-how-to/http://www.prophotonut.com/2009/08/17/high...-and-technique/many more... (i guess they are wrong too)
I just need a real opinion by my fellow friends here whether my background exposure is okay or maybe it should be darker or any other comments & suggestions.

i should get what you mean.
and sorry my words that hurt your feeling, please dont take my words so serious.

-maybe i didnt look at malay/other asians with this technique shot before (im magazine or other printed media), usually is "ang mo"/ Caucasian with underwear (insert something non-logic attire inside)+ a background you will never imagine you will wear that cloth . (eg: white man with zebra underwear + a lion + a African field)
plus your shot is 3 teenager with sport attire, background is a football field. usually my impression the background should be lighter.... i mean "it is just a football player with the field" ( i mean normal shot for me la )
anyway that is my stupid opinion, tech side i duno...
by the way feed me more with this stuff.
looks cool.
but i still wont take back my words, because that is what i "feel" from the picture la...tech side i really dont know

**and the the sample you showed me is a bald man with naked top with a jeans on the desert and jumping is quite appealing...
***and hopefully my message send to you is right one, i m not meaning your method is wrong, because i m not even can judge that... i m looking more to what picture tells me
