I bough another stick of RAM for my X60s. A kingston value RAM 512MB 667mhz which runs on Elpida chipset. Now i am on dual channel.smile.gif

Anyone facing problem with LCD? Mine got a small tiny area in which the brightness is different.. Like a mark that is unwipeable.. what kind of mark is it? Only can be seen when LCD is on..

anyone have any idea where IBM's service centre is located? I've tried to search their website but could not find any addresses.

My LCD is a bit too loose and I would like to send it back. Would they be able to return in on the same day? Any loaner ar?

T43 (at least MY T43), really got big problem in suck/dead pixel man.

I managed to kill some suck pixels (only one left now), but it's coming out like once in a month....and took me half an hour or so to fix it

I don't know whether the rest of you are facing this problem.

Nop. I think it's the same. The generic RAM equipped with IBM are running on ELPIDA chips same as the kingston value ram i bought. So there's no compatibility problem smile.gif
