No issue. We are actually discussing about keeping dog as pet in G&G community, same as condo rules.

Even in condo clearly stated in agreement not allowed to keep pets..shouldnt be a problem as long as keep within own compound..

Absolutely no issues, just discussing pets (dogs specifically)

Any pet even a rabbit if not kept properly will be an issue..i dont mind having a dog in community..at least they'll bark when see unfamiliar face..

Absolutely agree. So I was trying to get stats on malay/non-malay owners just to eval if majority would object us having dog (well, of course we have to respect others' opinion)

i must say as long as we respect each other, and that includes being sensitive to your community, that would be an ideal neighbourhood. I foresee with equal owners of bumi/non bumi, SH could be unique....unlike mostly one-race inclined community found in high end development...

To be fair, I think most Chinese buyers looking for value for money, & lower maintenance fee for own stay.

Eco Glades provides such branding & opportunity, anyway we will love to see more Bumi brothers joining the community.
