actually, SH community is more mixed in terms of bumi/non bumi, compared to the other nearby high end neighborhood.

i must say as long as we respect each other, and that includes being sensitive to your community, that would be an ideal neighbourhood. I foresee with equal owners of bumi/non bumi, SH could be unique....unlike mostly one-race inclined community found in high end development...

First phase Beethoven is expected VP nx month. Dont think there ll be LAD payment as it is on time. Just not sure if all facilities/landscape provided are ready at the same time or not.

The Beethoven precinct gets a good jalan name by the way...kudos to MPS....

According to the not latest info, Landed SH will have at least 9 foreigner owning units..
