actually, SH community is more mixed in terms of bumi/non bumi, compared to the other nearby high end neighborhood. |

First phase Beethoven is expected VP nx month. Dont think there ll be LAD payment as it is on time. Just not sure if all facilities/landscape provided are ready at the same time or not.
The Beethoven precinct gets a good jalan name by the way...kudos to MPS.... |
