To get a wow effect, you need a whole nice environment to pull the crowds there and experience it. Then good things will  spread ard trough mouths (you hardly see adverttisement from DPC). Unfortunately, SH is just a small unique development. It will not be able to lure visitors there to feel it (same like gita bayu, sieramas etc). So, SH can never be closed to DPC. But SEG has a chance as it has public amentities to let ppl to admire its unique concept and lakes there. Don't get me wrong, as i mentioned earlier, SH the development itself will beat many individual parcels in DPC, but it can't be used to compare DPC as a whole.

This is true. Symphony Hills land is too small. Desa ParkCity > 500 acres. It will not become like Desa ParkCity. But it is good for own stay.

Nowadays, it is hard to find > 500 acres land at good location.

Sunway SPK simply tag on Desa ParkCity only, nothing special.

For Cyberjaya, my top pick like Eco Glades, Mirage by the Lake & Symphony Hills are quite special. Each has its own idea, concept & design.

Wish there will be more special project for Cyberjaya. Like brothers & sisters. Like!

The poll thread is not as hot, because many people still "ignore" Cyberjaya for the moment.

Many of them no idea about these project at all.

Another possibility, most Cyberjaya landed properties are big buyer, they are too busy to come to forum like us. Can't u feel most top project is BBB, yet buyers seldom form facebook group like others?

Great. This show that they are deep pocket.

I always wonder why Singaporean buy Johor, many of them without kids loh.

Last weekend Horizon Hill launches 22 x 75 RM 800k WITHOUT DIBS. Singaporean also SAPU.

People keep talking KL bubble, Johor like lagi crazy. Haha.
