there are only total of 5 town houses in Symphony Hills.. the rest are semi-D and 3-storey link houses.

according to SA, the price for town house is low, UEM want to build all expensive landed in SH. so they change the plan. now the 3 storey link already 1.6-1.7mil.

The 3 storey link that is Rm 1.6mil+, what is the dimension + BU?

24 x 70 is a bit small n still selling at Rm1.6.mil - WOW!

btw, guys.. regarding the "no pets" policy @ SH. Is it really strict? Is it possible to change that policy by the mutual decision of majority of owners?

It is possible after the first AGM. Depends on majority. At the moment, it is ok to keep pet within own compound. For semi-D, there is one small piece of land with gate and fence.
