Just booked a semi-D during first visit last week, like the resort style concept although the layout of the semi-D is not perfect but the unit orientation n facing is vry good.

After plenty of research on paper, i finally visited Cyberjaya with some property gurus over the weekend.
GR - dont like the location, too near to Putrajaya. SR - visited their sales gallery, layout is good but concept is not as good as SH. SEG - dont like the left over units n can't wait for next launch but will look at it again nxt year.
