DPC got 2 entrance, 1 from menjalara ( Roundabout from LDP) and another near Bukit Bintang.....
Mainly ppl will use the 1 from Roundabout (LDP)

Maybe your friend means the environment outside DPC not so good due to some old houses area...

1st phase of schumann consists of 5 units of townhouse..consecutively uem rename it to schumann 2 as 3 stry superlink..currently on sales of phase 3..still remaining 10 units..price fr 1.65m..once sold uem will launch remaining unit of schumann 2 as phase 4..price fr 1.85m..

10% disc applicable to 2nd phase of schubert high ceiling type only..they still hav few units of 1st schubert at old price..10% disc will make the 2nd phase price almost similar to 1st phase..just a manipulation of price i believe..

Yup..waiting for loan approval..no idea on schubert's sales..but 3rd phase schumann quite slow since dev hiked the price to 1.686 from 1.415..
