Bro,

Rumour that nadayu just bought the 2nd piece of land opp SH (south of tamarind sq).
Based on mutiara good year this developer track record - nadayu melawati (1 bungalow ~ Rm5mil+), high chances both of their lands will be HER again n their r just next to SH!
FYI - 1st piece of land is rifht opp MMU (intersection of P. Multimedia / P.Bestari).

If SEG managed to attractive ppl, dont forget that all development nearby r just like bro sister - the pricing r inter related to each other n all will go up together. Just like sunway spk n DPC as example.
Thats why i always emphasize, SEG, HSB (south of SEG), MCT lake front, Pangaea, nadayu, SH, SR > HER community. its going to be really interesting in near future once the effects come.

Compare to some DPC houses, the maintenance fee of 15 cents psf is still OK la.... although it's Rm600 per mth smile.gif
No choice la..... to enjoy tip top living environment, got to accept it lo.
p/s: Mydiva (Rm1.6mil for 2 storey semi-D, 40 x 90; Rm1.9mil - 3 storey semi-D, 40x90) is only Rm 80 per mth but w/o gated and facilities.

Bro, your statement of 'not that good' is hard to justify ler.
Personally like the location in DPC however prefer the living environment / landscape / spacious feel in setia eco park.
U been to eco park before?
