Bro,Rumour that nadayu just bought the 2nd piece of land opp SH (south of tamarind sq).
Based on mutiara good year this developer track record - nadayu melawati (1 bungalow ~ Rm5mil+), high chances both of their lands will be HER again n their r just next to SH!
FYI - 1st piece of land is rifht opp MMU (intersection of P. Multimedia / P.Bestari).
If SEG managed to attractive ppl, dont forget that all development nearby r just like bro sister - the pricing r inter related to each other n all will go up together. Just like sunway spk n DPC as example.
Thats why i always emphasize, SEG, HSB (south of SEG), MCT lake front, Pangaea, nadayu, SH, SR > HER community. its going to be really interesting in near future once the effects come.
