Well... Once bought and VPed I will pass blueprints and photos to my wife's sister who is interior designer. 2 weeks for ID sketching, then 2-3months for renovation/finishing + 1mo for furnishing... I'd say late January/early February (optimistically) we will move in (also need to make sure internet will work there already )

Well, I've considered Tropika when just arrived to KL. Everything looked just nice (well, Publika was not finished @ that time), but was quite far from montessori kindergarten.

BTW, SH has the comparable concept and location as Tropika, but less density (at least it seems so)
