Oh well. Then I have no comment on your routine. It'd be interesting to see someone climb stairs with their hands pulling themselves up instead of walking up

chill guys, not everyone is informed when they start out. i wasnt doing legs for a good 6 months when i started out lifting weights. didnt think it mattered since i usually wear long pants anyways. knee pain too.
i think it was when i saw my pics during a beach holiday and read up on the fact that doing legs actually releases a lot of GH which contributes greatly to growth that i started doing them. same thing for compounds, think i only started after a year of lifting consistently |

believe it or not, there are some type of guys that build only their upper body, majorly chest and bicep, and don't even train their legs. i saw a guy in my gym, well defined chest, big arms, but super thin legs with no definition of muscle. and he does NOT train his legs. weird!

Need opinion,
in fact i love to do the bicep curl, but whenever i try to reach big pound, my left forearm alway hold me back, it's pain... if i release the weight, pain will slowly fades.. i don't know either my bones, or tissue got problem.. any supplement to overcome this issue.. my right forearm doesn't have any problem.. |

Has it made your biceps smaller or made you work less? If not, keep going with it. Changing things up is a good way to keep things interesting. |

QUOTE(ZintanthraX @ Oct 6 2011, 12:09 AM) Inclines has more ROM while preacher really isolates, both are tools to stimulate the muscle. Both are useless if you can't feel your muscle workingQUOTE(Scarthis @ Oct 6 2011, 12:09 AM) Hi, im new to this thread, i just want to ask the pros here, You should start right Outside this thread at the stickiesmy weight is around 75kg, im going to start workout plan. i want to gain muscles and lose weight at the same time, planning to get nitrotech as someone has recommend me. what you think? where should i start? :S |
