monday-chest
tues-back
wed-shoulders
thurs-legs
fri-chest

workin chest twice a week nw....to enhance my lagging/weak body part...

kinda weird workout since you'll be hitting chest on friday, rest during weekends and chest again monday? and not gonna slot arms in any of those days?

either his chest is lagging very badly, or he's just slotting it in like a cycle.

btw, is VS gym is the best gym in ipoh? any super big guy there? last time i hv 2 friend there... powerlifter @@" but super big size... not fat but muscle..
I cant recall whats their name, but one name Raj... one chinese one chindian..

Do u see those guy?

i haven got a clue sleep.gif , there's another one called power man over in gunung rapat, slightly better, but since vs is opposite my house, and charging me student price, why move?

As far as i know, no more powerlifter here. There's a sikh guy that rather big, but only occasionally, big but not lean like dark. I'm more friends with the PTs cuz occasional we train together.

those guy is huge, i only saw him take off shirt once in the gym, a bit look like terry... i mean body.. 4 packs, weight 95++ if im not mistaken...

I'm bulking @@" reaching 90kg soon from 82kg.. 2.5 weeks...

don't be too concerned on the scale man, pay more attention to the mirror. not saying forgo the scales but the mirror tells a better story. A mirror with a good lighting

i on light to see everything and not under perfect light...

lighting can make u look ripped and big tongue.gif

Funniest thing I've seen so far in the gym today. There was this guy doing cable flyes. BUT, instead of doing it the way they're supposed to be done, he started with both arms bent at the elbows at about 90degrees. Then he pushed one arm out in front of him, and as it came back, he pushed the other arm out. I swear it looked like he was swimming freestyle. He definitely knows something we don't. laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

Edit: Right before he started his 'swimming' I was doing weighted pull ups on the bar going across the cable machines. I had to try so hard not to laugh while picking up my weight belt and plates to move to the other pull up bar.

I know unilateral db chest press, but I've never seen unilateral cable flyes. Who knows? It may give one a better contraction , better mind muscle connection?

Picture freestyle swimming, that's exactly what he was doing. I don't think he got much unilateral training done there. tongue.gif

guys

i think of starting to workout to gain some muscle on my upper body .

let me tell you my problem :

im super skinny , really hard to gain weight although it much , i'm an active in sports (soccer/rugby) and i weight 57kg at 175cm .

this is my plan :

odd week

Monday- Chest , Back
Tuesday - Shoulder , Neck , Arms(biceps/triceps)
Rabu - Chest , Back
Thursday - Shoulder , Neck , Arms(biceps/triceps)
Friday - Chest , Back
Saturday/sunday - rest

even week

Monday- Shoulder , Neck , Arms(biceps/triceps)
Tuesday - chest , back
Rabu - Shoulder , Neck , Arms(biceps/triceps)
Thursday - chest , back
Friday - Shoulder , Neck , Arms(biceps/triceps)
Saturday/sunday - rest

and I do abs everyday .

an hours Before workout protein shake , after workout immediately protein shake .

So is this okay in case i want to gain muscle fast on upper body ? and is it okay for me to do pushup anytime i want ?

btw , i got a question , why sometimes my muscle felt contracted or i feel the pain only like an hour after work , after that no pain and my muscle become soft again ? biggrin.gif
