Why are you doing two major muscle parts on the same day (the 3 major parts being chest, back, legs)? If your bicep still hurts, why not do your legs instead?

The best thing about holidays, getting to cook each of my meal when it's time to eat. Fresh cooked meals. Yum

Haha no when I go back home for the holidays I only eat 3 meals a day and don't go to gym tongue.gif tongue.gif Home makes me lazy haha tongue.gif tongue.gif

Actually I just started last week. However I did do gym like last year. And I think I din really stress myself out on friday, the weights I took are not that heavy sad.gif

Hmm true, I should have done legs but I think I should rest today. Maybe to do it tomorrow instead.

I've surveyed a lot of type of workouts from rippetoe to all in bb website and I think that one suits me a lot. Rippetoe does not have many exercises just like 3 to 4 exercises in one full workout, I thought of having more so I can gain the best from the weight gainer I am consuming now "Dymatize Elite Mass".

I only go back home for a few days max 1 week after 1 or 1 1/2 months so I think I deserve to rest a bit right? When I am here i eat 5 meals a day and never skip my gym sessions smile.gif smile.gif

you take a rest from your training, but not from your nutrition. Even if that day is the day you have a cheat meal, you still have at least 5 meals. but that's just advice, it's down to you. Maybe it works for you.

if you're a newbie, rippetoe's 3 to 4 exercise is gonna make you grow, his programs are based around compound movements which is the best massgaining tool. Just because you're able to do more exercises , don't mean you will grow. Rippetoe has probably forgotten more about this field than all of us can ever know, COMBINED.
