2 questions.
1. What is the difference between whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate? Which one is better ? 2. I can't do a single pull up , am I suppose to do isometric exercises 1st ? |

guys i want to ask .. why rippetoe exercise so little only ah ?
3 X 5 squat . 3 X 5 bench presss. 1 X 5 deadlifts . and some people add 2 X 8 dips .. sufficient for the body to grow ? heck, even after 4 years of lifting i'm still on rippetoe for strength. It really does feel damn good when you can consistently break the records as such.

2 plates 8 reps bt still struggling... Jz being brain wash by my partner to try 3 plate to feel hw heavy it is... only 1 rep and not perfect form and spotted by partner.. disappointed lol... maybe nex month try again..

I jz did my squat yest 3plates + 1 10lbs.. i can see ppl squat real heavy. wondering how to go heavier |
