This morning went to gym and saw the idiot (the yellow hair and now short hair with beanie poser) squating at the smith machine, and i over heard another trainer approached him and tell him he made a female client cry... i was like wat the heck, and worse is that he denied and said he lied and joke about it with his noisy friends saying "dont push me, later i cry" (yes with his broken engrish). So this is the attitude of the TF trainer, especially the one i mentioned, wat a disgrace. Oh yeah i forgot to mention, when he kept humping the guy he assist on the smith machine squat, and tat looks very disgusting....i was force to witness the scene as i was deadlifting behind the machine T.T . so i think this guy got to be gay, he doesnt like girls and humping man.

Lol... Some are definitely good. But I don't think I saw him in j33 anymore. I've recently went for 1 free PT session ( they have been calling and bugging since early this year ever since I top up my membership there). I think he failed the probation period and left. He's slightly buffed but with tummy. He tried so hard to convince me to sign him up as a trainer after that 1 free training. I honestly felt the training wasn't good. He load in so much weights on each diff machine, and then assist me with the workout (but mainly supporting most of the weights... whats the point?). All I feel is his style goes mainly to heavy weights but poor form. I already felt the form was out but he kept saying very good very good doh.gif . While we were discussing weather I want him as my trainer, he put up some drama saying I'm giving you the cheapest rate. No one knows, and maybe from time to time I can just train you more without you signing, then you get more "free" sessions and then both of us can train and compete in the bodybuilding competition etc etc. I just got so tired, that I said "I don't want a PT, I don't have a budget for one and I don't intend to compete". Then, he went off frowning to his boss saying he wasn't successful... sweat.gif

hmm, this brings me back to when a PT called me saying since its my birthday i get a free training session. btw i never got one since i started membership with FF. i hesitated for a while, and agreed to a session. wouldn't hurt i suppose. the PT then arranges for a time, on which i agreed, was my normal training time anyways.

few days after that he calls again and asks me to reschedule as he "cant make it" on that day? Ehhh, w/e you are the one who set the date right? Never heard from him again lol... Weird stuff.

it's called being cautious. And you got it from experience, and the guys here benefits from that. At least after knowing that even the great darklight straps up to prevent injury, im pretty much the bulk of us does the same.

That same bar you use for wide grip pulldowns, use that for your seated row. Vary your bent over row grip and angle, hits your rhomboids as well. Face pulls too.

Your doc meant, because of the favouritism that most of us have toward pressing movements, there may be an imbalance between antagonistic muscles in your upper body. If your upper back is not balanced with your chest, shoulder area, you're gonna have a lot of problems with your shoulders predominantly.

Not only your rhomboids, also your traps.

lol, they are too performance oriented instead of customer focus, so too bad, tats their KPI. The golden hair guy might be reading this forum, he trimmed his ugly hair, but still looks ugly. lol

sounds like some of your bicep muscle tissues is torn. normally happen when too over stressing your muscle.
maybe you should go see the doctor. it might be not that bad, the muscle will heal itself after some time.

How long have u been training generally?
Some DOMS have longer recovery time.
Basically plan your split days properly to allow sufficient recovery.
