Haih guys, dun say la I also skinny shit but I dun slam the weights la I do it gently. Sometimes check my biceps hoping for it to grow ma but not every set la LOL ~ hopefully upcoming 4 months of gym and proper diet gives me good returns. Its really hard to keep good diet in uni cause uni food sucks and I got to spend a lot to buy good healthy food

gonna quit fitness first the next time i go there (tomorrow). found another gym with awesome equipments. corner lot shophouse and 2 levels, one dedicated for weights alone. and they have 50kg db's (wtf).
