I got mine approved in 2 weeks and the card sent to me a week after that, can't tell if that's considered slow or fast.

i think 2 weeks is standard 1...
during my last application to citibank, the agent told me that i can choose for express way or normal way...
express way only need 1 day to know the application status.. laugh.gif

Citibank ISU officer said if I go for express application, it takes 3 days. Otherwise, it'll be 2 weeks.

Why she has to ask it? Does that matter?

There is some confusion as to the SMART$ cash earned is 1% or 2%. The best way to find out is after you pump petrol at BHP, the SMART$ cash earned will be reflected in the receipt OR you can always ask the BHP counter to check.

The thick pamphlet when I received the card said 1% but the thin pamphlet in my first statement said 2%. In their smartcash webpage, BHP is not listed.

Just applied UOB One Card (Classic) last thursday, the girl asked me to apply Platinum instead.

Called up credit card application centre to check if it's approved. They say it's approved and sent to me ytd?

But it's in normal mail and would take 2 weeks (according to them).....that's so long for a normal post..... sad.gif

Correct me if im wrong, i got a brochure sent by one of the credit card agents telling me that Annual Fee for first 5 years for UOB Credit Card is waived?

There's no requirements stated in the brochure......is actually in pdf file.

the estatement in your credit card summary in your UOB Online banking. I also viewing it at the moment, I wonder why you cannot. It's in PDF form btw.

btw next time take note of that CS name, if he/she also don't know there is estatement, why the bank hire them in the first place.
