Actually i would suggest you to apply for the classic card instead, 12 swipes per year (min 1 per mth) is easier to achieve.

Although you might get lower CL, but again depends how you utilize this card.

Received my card today and i must say not really satisfied with the CL they offered, it's even lower than my other 2 cards in hand.

Just now, the UOB agent from the roadshow called me for follow up. I told him that I'm not interested anymore and at that same time, I apologized to him as I felt sorry but it's not his fault but the UOB CS.

Received the card on today, credit limit is lower than my existing but like the surface of the card although it's white.

Smart$ Cash for BHP confirmed is 1% only as stated in the One Card pamphlet which was enclosed together with the card.

I think there's no integrity between UOB CS. Previosuly when I inquired about the RM 50 GST thing, the lady said just SMS certain codes to them bla bla.

That is what I wanted to clearly point out. CS is pretty lame and no integrity. CC processing officer is not friendly and rude.

I purposely slapped the agent who called today that I have already applied for Citibank Cashback Platinum which is roughly similar to UOB One Platinum. He still wanted to convince me to stick with the application.

He also said that he will feedback my opinions on the CS and the officer but I doubt he will do that. I also reminded him if UOB wants to keep competitive in the market, do take my words as serious feedback!

Even some of you guys complained about how lame MBB CS but personally I still rate them above average! The best CS experience that I have is CIMB DA! They're indeed doing an absolutely amazing job in pleasing customers!

I think David83 meant DirectAccess particularly, not CIMB.
DA hotline is directly picked up by CS instead of automated menu.

It will be credited on the next month's statement, unlike M2C or OCBC Ti.
