Received the card on today, credit limit is lower than my existing but like the surface of the card although it's white.

Smart$ Cash for BHP confirmed is 1% only as stated in the One Card pamphlet which was enclosed together with the card.

The thick pamphlet when I received the card said 1% but the thin pamphlet in my first statement said 2%. In their smartcash webpage, BHP is not listed.

I just open an OCBC individual IQ account 3 months ago in OCBC Damansara Heights branch.
All you need is credit card as reference.
They have some internal confusion - when I called they said only do corporate employee scheme but when I wrote email they said can open at any branch, just need credit card as reference - which i did they next day and got it.

Received the 1900ml THERMOS Jar today by Pos Laju (free gift for online application). A bit disappointing because the jar is only for COLD Water, not hot.

CS called me a week after summit my application & asked me to send docs to them by email by filling up another form (although I already posted the docs bcos in the form thats the only option they gave).
Card approved a few days after that and received the physical card a week after. So in total less than 3 weeks from the time I apply.

They did the same convert >1K purchase to 0% 6 months installment in Nov to Dec 2011.
I did convert my insurance payment in Dec last year by calling CS and it was approved within a week. Customer service said no hidden fees and I'll receive SMS from UOB if my request to convert to 0% 6 months is Rejected.
Please take note you must call and make the request before the transaction being billed in the monthly statement.

For online purchase, UOB already started Visa Verified 3D Verified via SMS, need to key in 8 digit numbers received from SMS.
