With the currently available multiplex already being full (this is if MYTV are sticking to their recommended bitrate of 4Mbps HD or 2Mbps SD), there is a requirement for MUX 2 really soon. Some of the possible additions in this MUX being TV1 HD, TV2 HD and 8TV HD and also Drama Sangat.
*
Was it like 7Mbps HD or 2.5Mbps SD as known previously?

This addition on tonton signs that Media Prima are still committed to multi channels in the future. Likely Drama Sangat has moved to Multiplex 2 which is not on air at now, which is applicable to BES too before 30 December 2018.

Also, BES (RTM NEWS) and RTM HD SPORTS has recently added "Siaran Percubaan" besides their TV channel logo.

Maybe.. Test first. It also depends on the signal strength at your location. Like my house, to receive MYTV channels, outdoor antenna must be installed on top of the house's roof.

Was able to receive analog/ digital tv from top floor( near window- not very good/stable), go to ground floor difficult to get signal( 90%+ unusable ) analog being more usuable

Need to find the direction, right pointed to the transmission tower. Maybe can consider to buy a new indoor digital antenna, it's not expensive.

I bought this from lazada, not bad. I replace the given 10 meter 3c2v cable to custom length RG6 cable.

Is it indoor antenna? The shape is quite unique. First looking at it, I thought it's a table lamp or water filter 😅. How much the price?

it is indoor/outdoor type. can be installed as outdoor antenna, but i use it indoor, so a bit big in size as u can compare with the tv remote. but u can dismantle the bottom mount to make it looks smaller.

i bought from lazada rm75.

previously use this type below, signal strength and signal quality also very good above 95% but don't know why not stable.

btw...those who are looking for indoor/outdoor antenna, here is a catalogue. i think this walito antenna manufacturer oem for many brands. (you look the antenna design already know)

https://wanlitong.manufacturer.globalsource...0149681/ALL.htm

especially for indoor antenna, you don't want those old fashion spoilt your interior design or nice big slim tv right? laugh.gif

for outdoor antenna, if you are staying in condo/apartment with balcony, this type might be more suitable, not all condo management allow fishbone antenna.

or this 1 even more discreet.
