Does Unifi bill payment through maybank2u work?

I have used their occ portal to pay using my credit card before.... and the payment went through, got charged by bank, and the status on the occ portal still remained unpaid!! I had to call them more than 10 times over the course of 1 month to FINALLY get them to acknowledge that I paid and subsequently update the payment history.

Since then I've been paying it over TM Point counters. But I've been thinking perhaps paying by maybank2u won't give me the same kind of trouble I ran into with payment via their portal.

What's your experience with paying unifi bills via maybank2u?
*
I tried using the portal in the early days, never worked. Since then I have been paying thru MB2U. You can pay using ur cc thru MB2U instead. Give it 2-3 days and the payment will be in their system and also updated in the coming bill.

Do you guys notice any difference between 110 and 175 IP? It feels that the 175 IP is a bit slower for me. tongue.gif

i use uTorrent 2.2.1...at first, the usual 50-80kbps dw speed but after nearly an hour or so and reading from http://unifi.athena.my/router_config.html and some from here http://klseet.com/.... I'd port forwarded and did a couple of changes in terms of security and wireless setup...I managed to hit 500+kbps from torrent...

Same downtime as you around 2am until now. DSL no light, VOIP red light...basically line is totally dead.

I didn't manage to make a report due this lazy CS Employee was yawning when talking to me and then after put me on hold and get back to me saying "Hello, sir?" then he silent d whole time....really lazy B*

Since then unable to get through to any UNIFI CS due "all our operator is currently engaged, please hold on". This is their 24/7 services where sunday still no ppl working....

Well, don't know what the heck they are doing. Finally a technician called and he said the downtime should end at 2pm. Everything should be back up and normal but my line is still down. They might have screwed up something. If your line is still down, you better call them to make a report. Stupid Tmnet, technician said can only come to my condo on Tuesday to check what's wrong. I call their billing to demand rebate for at least 48 hours no internet and scold them kau-kau. Bill come damn early, one month before due date already sent to me. This is not the first time. The worst I've encountered is 5 days without anything and that was only 2 weeks after I install unifi. At the end the prob was the modem is having prob. The modem for condo is damn lousy. According the technician, the modem should not be hot but my current one is damn hot. I suspect is a burnt modem again! Really regret change to unifi. My previous 1mb Streamyx have never encountered any down problem before.

Maybe someone should really file a complaint to SKMM/MCMC regarding this issue-Poor customer service and prolonged waiting time. Someone should do it first then paste everything here so that we can just send the exactly same thing to SKMM to pressurize them on this issue. Anyone wants to take the lead? xD

I totally support this. With this kind of support its madness! 30 mins waiting on on the line is just too much.
