Added on June 27, 2011, 2:04 pmI think u can ask the streaky guy to verify this ? You definitely having the same case as we are having. Only way is to report and wait technician to come over to your house and check. Most of the technician will be visiting our home on tuesday it seems. I wonder what they did this time to get a bunch of user unifi down. They told me that my status is offline while my modem is actually on and couldn't retrieve any signal. |
