Given Setapak's position within the KL urban landscape,(The distance to KLCC is 7KM - 12 min travelling time) it is bound to undergo greater urbanisation and i believe prices will appreciate. Therefore, there is still a strong potiential growth within this area.

Summary of SETAPAK Area also known as 文良港:
Setapak coverage = Jln Pahang, Jln Genting Kelang and close proximity such as Jln Gombak, Danau Kota, Air Panas, Setapak Jaya, Wangsa Maju (maybe can count maybe not) and of course dun forget the most prime & prestigious living location, Titiwangsa. They're a lot of hidden low profile BOD live there which have the say in Blue chips.
as for those PVs in Melati is too far, shouldn't be counted but anyhow they're under Mukim Setapak title as well.
Population : Consists of 1 Malaysia citizen.
