Any news when this project will be completed? As far as i know, s n p signed in sept however the staff said expected to complete in June. But when my fren called, some staff said April this year. What you heard?

i'm just wondering when exactly the owner can move it?

Secondly who any house owner out there, what is ur plan? Own stay (family) or investment purpose? Just wanna know what type of demographic expected from that site

They said land sold to Tesco, but still dont see anything happen, Parkson is only the way... btw Mydin took over few commercial lot at PV12. So if Tesco also come, means this places has Parkson, Tesco and Mydin !!!

Tesco - maybe u need to recheck as govt just lifted the freeze on hypermarket

you are right too, basically phase 3,4 and 5 are behind PV10. I "highlight" them in wikimapia... dunno if you can see it or not.

yup I bougt Block A.. 1313sf, Originally want to take the 1600sf, but ended up with 1313sf.. hehehe.. Thinking of renting it out but have not decided to rent out the whole house or just the rooms..

Like I told the salesperson.. I will only sell if it reaches 500k.. hahaha.. greedy ehh.. what about you?

Unit of size 1300 in pv12 is selling for btw 350-375K now. An extra point if you can sell for 500K, that is u can sell to foreigner... however x think foreigner interested with this area anyway

Saw ad in iprop 1207 sq ft. now renting out at 1.5k. Selling off at 338k.

must be the phase 1 or phase 2 because I think phase 3 and 4, the smallest unit is 1313sf.. Anyway, my friend bought the phase 1 only around RM180k and now some selling around more than RM100k..

Added on January 24, 2011, 8:55 amI agree with you too.. I don't think that foreigners like that area.. eventhough there's an International School around there.. I regret not buying the Villa Wangsama, somebody managed to rent out to expat for almost RM5k..

and I heard that phase 1, what college I'm not sure but they offered lodging to their students.. a.k.a hostel..

Is there a private hospital coming up nearby?

I saw Columbia Asia just at the turning from the main road. Once all buildings are completed and occupied, the area will be happening I think.
