Where is the exact location of the project? Any nearby amenities or LRT? Freehold?

Is this a good location to tap the rental market? Seems within driving distance to TARC.
Or are there too many competition from other nearby apartments/highrise ?

Location wise is quite near to TAR college but nearby only got few choices of food.......... For staying I think quite nice as below melawati hill but a lot of kampung house nearby...............

When is the launch date? Open register already?

there are many choices of food there, wangsa maju area, tmn melawati area, PV apartment area..btw, any new info from dev?

Agreed, quite ok actually for the location. But if you don't own a personal transport, its gonna be a real hassle for you. Unless you're quite keen on taking buses. Mind you potential buyer, there's a graveyard just 5 mins walk away.

Melawati is a good place to live but the transportation is not so convenience. Overall, the cons is definitely more than pros

I have got the call from Metro Kajang mentioned that they are conducting a survey on the pricing. They have set the price at 340K for 900sqf and will collect the opinions from the buyer on the pricing!

from rm280k to rm340k, sigh. means need to rent at rm2k to get only 7% yield.
for own stay, still got some old single-storey freehold house at melawati around that price.
PV project at melati can get bigger b/u.

If the price is 340K for 900 sq ft then it was a good news for the gaya apartment owner as it was only 300k for 972 sq ft...............

Really interested for own stay. Near my parents home

by the time when it will be launched.. gaya wont be at that kind of pricing anymore

Look expensive. I just get a unit of 3-storey townhouse at Saujana Melawati with the price of 220 sqf for 1877 sqf.
