thinking of applying UB28, is this plan still available?

after 500mb, the speed will just get throttled to 128kbps right?

is the line stable? cos my digi kept disconnect, sigh...

I think you will definitely regret. Maxis is still faster except for YouTube.

I kicked maxis out becoz they are blood suckers, if you wanna choose, you should choose between Digi or Umbile

I have both now, maxis is really a blood sucker but they do provide a better and more stable service. U Mobile is quite good, but just sometimes is not too stable.

Depends on your usage. The thing that irk me most about U Mobile is about it's coverage especially when on the go. That's why I rather pay for better coverage and speed.

I'm still stuck with Digi and although Digi has better coverage than U Mobile, the speed is below U Mobile if both are on 3G network. Digi also sucks when you go into shopping malls.

But Maxis versus U Mobile, I have to give credit to Maxis. Maxis speed test is not awesome but real usage is better, much better. Maxis speed is consistent regardless of what content unlike U Mobile. For example, flipping through photos in Facebook is almost instant on Maxis but U Mobile is somewhat slower.
