Yes, they allow you to enter if you have the key.
But i wanted to sneak in to look at my 3-sty superlink so they stopped me.

I was wondering why no one make noise about the second entrance since there's no guardhouse for whatsoever, just a few drums blocking the road.
Maybe it's just me...because my unit is in that row...

Where is the 2nd entrance?
No guard is good cause i want to sneak in to see my unit le.

The road between 2B and 2C. That will be the second entrance, but currently the road from entrance 1 to entrance 2 was blocked by the guard of Damai residents, so you will have to come from the clubhouse direction. 'Safer' if you sneak in thru the TNB substation next to clubhouse.

Is it the road after the clubhouse.
I mean you need to turn right to go into clubhouse but we just continue straight?
I think that road blocked by metal.
So i stop my car from there and walk?

Yes, but sometime there will be 2 patrol guards sitting there too. If you just want to check out the 3sty, why not get in thru the TNB, easier.

I got my key already.... quite a lot of defect in my unit.

Not happy with the overall quality!

Generally what kinds of defect and how long will they take to fix it.

You name it, they have it:

- hairline crack
- rough and uneven surface on wall
- gap between tiles too wide
- rusty grille
- water mark on plaster ceiling
- chip and cracked floor tiles
- windows frame dented
- tiles colour not matching
- and many many more...

Just wait for your turn, be prepared to spend 1 full day to check the defect.

They need 30 days to rectify the defect.

sorry to say your 2 storey unit if bought from MJ is an unwanted child of MS for this project...worse still if u never chose the upgrade package...these unit the roof structure is actually made of wood instead of steel

cant blame them with that kind of entry price and high building cost...there is the only way out

True, nothing much I can do apart from hoping them to repair or touch up the defect for me.

Please update us on MS response time and service time (if they accept to fix the issues).
I really want to know how is 5 stars MS is different from other.
